My mission is to preserve and share traditional, nearly forgotten pastries from around the world. Through careful craft, I seek to refine humble confections and baked delicacies and present them as close to their ideal form as possible.

I hope to offer the desserts I’ve learned and loved, discover new ones through my community, and help keep these inherited recipes alive.
